Purpose

Key Goals
The main purpose of this linkshell is to provide all its members with the means to thrive in, enjoy and experience as much as possible of this game.
Every member should feel that he or she is able to contribute to the happiness and/or development of fellow members, and recives an acceptable level of the same in return.

The reach these goals, the linkshell will serve as a server connector for skilled players. It will offer communication tools in- and outside the game for casual or spontaneous activities for those seeking to extend their circle of friends in an environment where you can trust you will find good team members.

Ideas, Feedback and Suggestions
We strive to keep all our members heavily involved in the process that further strengthens our linkshell. All members are invited to provide, discuss and vote on ideas, feedback and suggestions in our ongoing development.
There will be no scheduled events by the linkshell leadership, althought the tool is offered to members wishing to presented ongoing events for and with each other.

A Tool to Enhance Your Game Experience
Unless you are a strictly spontaneous personality type, Nantekotta does not aim to be your main linkshell. In fact, we even encourage you to have multiple linkshells to suit your tastes. Nantekotta simply aims to be a connecting tool for the experienced endgame players of Fabul, offering communications tools to help these players progress throughout the game.

Leadership & Recruitment

The linkshell Overseers are appointed by the current Overseers and after a trial period their future is determined by their fellow members. In that capacity their primary roles and responsibilities are to ensure that the linkshell works towards the above mentioned goals. They are also responsible for the administrative tasks as well as to represent the linkshell in matters where other linkshells are involved.

Applications
After submitting an application, every applicant is interviewed by one of the Overseers. Every single application is then presented to the linkshell to be voted on by our current members. Winning the vote does not guarantee entry to into Nantekotta. Not responding to feedback on your application within 7 days results in a rejection due to inactivity and reapplying will be necessary.
